At Blanks By Rhinestone Empire, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If your items are not as expected, you can return eligible products within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Check Eligibility

  Ensure your items are in their original, unused condition and have not been customized or altered.

  Initiate a Request

  Contact our support team with your order number and photos of the items to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely package your items with the RMA included and ship them back to our warehouse using a tracked shipping method.

• 4.
  Processing and Refund

  Once received and inspected, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your exchange within 5-7 business days.
